Miracle Prayer

O powerful Saint Rita, rightly called Saint of the Impossible, I come to you with confidence in my great need. You know well my trials, for you yourself were many times burdened in this life. Come to my help, speak for me, pray with me, intercede on my behalf before the Father. I know that God has a most generous heart and that He is a most loving Father. Join your prayers to mine and obtain for me the grace I desire (mention request). You were very pleasing to God on earth and are much more so now in Heaven; I promise to use this favor, when granted, to better my life, to proclaim God's mercy, and to make you widely known and loved. Amen

Chaplet Of St. Rita

The Saint Rita Chaplet consists of three sets of three beads between a medal on one end and a cross on the other end. Begin the chaplet with the prayer to Saint Rita, and end with the three sets of three prayers on the beads.

O Holy St. Rita, exemplary Augustinian Sister, we honour you for your devotion to the Passion of Christ. Although your early life was filled with disappointment, frustration, and unceasing tragedy, you never lost faith and trust in God. For this you are the patroness of the impossible, and our inspiration and advocate in desperate circumstances.
Then pray an Our Father on each of the first three beads, a Hail Mary on each of the next three beads, and a Glory to the Father on each of the final three beads.

Prayer To Saint Rita

Dear Rita, model wife and widow, you yourself suffered in a long illness showing patience out of love for God. Teach us to pray as you did. Many invoke you for help, full of confidence in your intercession. Deign to come now to our aid for the relief and cure of (name). To God all things are possible; may this healing give glory to the Lord. Amen.
