I pray that you bless it to be a spiritual food that will nourish my body and my soul, may you also share this food spiritually with those who don't have for the moment especially the hungry and the poor.

Father, we thank you for all you have given us.

The gift of life, of family and friends and food that strengthens and nourishes us.

Be with us this Season to help us prepare the way for His coming.

Bless us O Lord, and these Thy gifts, which we are about to receive from Thy bounty, through Christ Our Lord.

Amen.
